As we continue our capacity building creatives youth program in the Eastern Cape, the province with so much talent and so many community radio stations. We attempt to find out why so many artists have to move to Jhb in order to breakthrough instead of getting this support from their home, like Dbn/KZN creatives get the love from their own stations first.
We bridge the gap between local artists and local radio stations in an attempt to increase their visibility (airplay) on local radio stations, thus ensuring local artists get fare share when it comes to airplay in the province.
Hopefully, this will also increase their chances of bookings and future earnings(revenue streams). With the youth regional station on board- TruFM for the entire program in EC, we hope to see growth in the near future
